This study aims to describe career development, work environment and employee job satisfaction and find out the effect of career development and work environment partially or simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were all employees of the company, amounting to 74 people. The sampling technique used is the census method. Data analysis uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of the scale range analysis indicate that employee job satisfaction is quite sufficient, career development is quite sufficient and the work environment is also quite sufficient.
