This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee productivity at PT Ivo Mas Tunggal, Kandis District, Siak Regency. The number of samples in this study was 76 people and the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The technique of testing the natural instrument of this research is validity and reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this study partially show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Ivo Mas Tunggal, Kandis...
