PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA RATU SWALAYAN

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Ratu Swalayan Malang Regency. This study aims to find out how the Compensation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance at Ratu Swalayan Malang Regency. Sources of data collection using primary and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees in the cashier section with a total of 34 employees in 3 branches of Ratu Swalayan in Malang Regency. The data analysis technique uses a scale range, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Compensation is included in the sufficient category. The work environment is included in the sufficient category. Employee performance is included in the sufficient category. The results of this study know that compensation has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, compensation and work environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance.
