This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of work pressure, gender, compensation on employee performance at PT. TH Indo Plantation. This research is a quantitative research with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The data used is primary data collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis tools used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for social sciences).
