This study aims to determine the effect of education level, gender, and work environment on the performance of employees of BTN Syariah Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach in which the data is processed using statistical analysis tools. The sample in this study were 34 respondents using the saturated sample method. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the level of education and work environment have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of BTN Syariah Yogyakarta. ...
