State Senator Robert F. Clyde announced his candidacy for re-election to the Utah State Senate after nearly completing eight years serving in the senate. He, at that moment, represented the six counties of District 26, which included Uintah County. Senator Clyde lived in Heber City at the time. Prior to that, he had served in the Utah House of Representatives for 3 terms
