The objective of this narrative review is to analyze the literature related to stress and its generating sources in aviation. As well as knowing, the measures that are being implemented in the area to reduce human errors in air accidents. Work stress is a growing public health problem in developing countries. Aviation-related professions tend to suffer from job stress and other psychological conditions, due to multiple factors. International aviation organizations have implemented detailed protocols to try to reduce the human factor in air accidents.
