Pengaruh Analisis Beban Kerja Berdasarkan Volume Kerja Terhadap Tingkat Ekektivitas dan Efisiensi Kerja pada Pd BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan

Workload analysis is a method used by every company in order to calculate the workload to improve company performance and in line with organizational goals to create good governance, PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan organizes a workload analysis implementation program to obtain information on the level of effectiveness and efficiency based on the existing work volume. This study involved all existing work departments with 194 job holders, according to the daily activity report (LKH) made by each employee and verified by the authorized section of the PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan and involved 59 (fifty nine) employees from several departments who were interviewed. Data analysis uses FTE (Full-time Equivalent Employee), which is a ratio that represents the number of hours an employee works with a reference to 40 hours of work in one week. The assumption that underlies the FTE calculation is that one employee profile cannot do two activities at once and all activities are real and recorded along with their time. In PD. Lamongan Regional Bank BPR using the FTE method is possible, with the Daily Activity Report (LKH) which is applied to PD. Lamongan Regional Bank BPR. From the results of interviews conducted with employees at the Unit level, information is obtained that the activities carried out are more focused on efforts to maintain unit performance so that targets include 5 things: KYD (credit provided), savings, time deposits, NPL (Non Performing Loan) assets and profits can be achieved and maintained. The results of calculating the ABK process using the FTE method show the FTE results in each department in category 5, namely FTE above 1.00 to 1.30, which means there is more workload, but it can still be overcome by overtime mechanisms. Category 6 FTE, which means more workload, needs additional work executors, namely generally on bookkeeping and security guards. FTE category 3, namely the optimal workload within the tolerance limit is in the task force position and work in the Bluluk and Gondang units. In this category, the task force needs attention, because the composition of productive FTE is at a minimum limit of 0.88. Jobs that have an FTE of more than 1.00 to 1.30 also need to be evaluated regarding the achievement of actual performance standards from incumbents. The thing that needs attention is for departments whose FTE is close to or less than 0.50, then it is better to do a job redesign or re-assign personnel to the department (replacement).
