Public high school library censorship

A primary responsibility of any administrator is to provide leadership and direction to the organization and its personnel. Often that leadership consists of anticipating problems and devising appropriate approaches to them before they threaten the organization. Today censorship of public high school library materials represents one of the major issues facing public school districts. This problem is spawned by a lack of tolerance between conservative and liberal individuals and organizations, both fighting for their own beliefs.
