The purpose of this research there is a general purpose and a special purpose, for the general purpose is to explain the performance of the role of the Pamong Praja Unit of East Kutai Regency to the factors that affect it, while the special purpose is to analyze the influence of educational factors, training, motivation, work experience, loyal attitudes, and work culture to the performance of the East Kutai Regency Pamong Police Unit.
