ENGLISHLow Birth Weight is one of the health problems during neonatal period. The purpose of this study is to describe Low Birth Weight (LBW) incidences in Pati Regency, include time, sex, place, and contributing for neonatal mortalities. This research used descriptive and quantitative approaches. Data sources derived from secondary data, i.e. Low Birth Weight records in Pati Regency 2011-2014. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results of study are the percentage of Low Birth Weight (LBW) incidence in Pati Regency in 2014 was 3.19% and it tended to increase from the previous year.
