The diploma thesis deals with the Nicola tesla Center learning system that develops exceptionally gifted children. The aim od the thesis is to find out to what extent the NTC learning system stimulates the development of a gifted pupil already in preschool age and the possibilities of supporting and exceptionally gifted pupil in primary education. The theoretical part of třhe work describes intelligence, talent and the NTC system itself. The empirical part consists of two stages.
