I denna studie undersöker vi de främsta anledningarna till att medieteknikstudenter på KTH (Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan) använder blåljusfilter. Då man som medieteknikstudent använder elektroniska enheter under sina studier är det relevant att undersöka de vanor som studenterna har i deras användande och förstå anledningen bakom deras vanor. 17 studenter intervjuades med frågor kopplade till användningen av blåljusfilter där en del av intervjun fokuserade på den intervjuades vanor i användandet medan den andra delen fokuserade på upplevda effekter av användandet.
