El present article suposa un recorregut per una experiència performativa en la formació de Mestres durant el curs 2016 – 2017 a la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló. Partint dels postulats de l’aprenentatge cooperatiu i de la cohesió de grups, exposem com vam desenvolupar un conjunt de tallers per facilitar l’alumnat eines al voltant de la cooperació, la cohesió i la comunicació. En la introducció emmarquem aquests tallers dins del context de l’assignatura de Teoria de l’Educació i de les estretes imbricacions entre els conceptes de teoria i de teatre a partir de la tradició grega.
