A new design of the city, that one of the smart city, is evolving implying the frequent involvement of the technological and social field, in order to make urban spaces more sustainable. The development of new information and communication technologies (ICTs), follows the growth and evolution of the city through the monitoring of the multiplicity of sectors that build urban form: economy, education, policy, environment and society. The objective of the research is to identify urban practices that have led to better results in the fields of mobility, environment and social cooperation, highlighting the different methodologies of ICTs\u2019 application
