Es una constante la colisión entre el derecho al honor y la libertad de información, el problema consiste en determinar la línea fronteriza entre el ejercicio de uno y otro derecho. Por una parte debe tenerse en cuenta, que los derechos al honor, la intimidad y la imagen pueden verse facilmente vulnerados por la libertad de expresión.
