This paper approaches the theme of “territorial social responsibility”, founded on the re–discovery of shared values which economic, social and institutional actors within a particular territory can reinforce, thanks to solid relationships. Based on territorial networks aimed to promote a model of sustainable economic growth, the movement of collective responsibility sees institutions and public and private organisations (for profit and non–profit) participating in a form of economic development that is socially and environmentally sustainable.
