PEMBERIAN HAK ASIMILASI TERHADAP NARAPIDANA PEREMPUAN PERKARA PENIPUAN (STUDI DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS IIA MAGELANG)

Allocation of assimilation rights is one of the important thing that must given in suite process development of prisoners. In administrative process of given assimilation rights there is not any problem happen in Correctional Institution Class II A Magelang and suitable to Minister of Law and Human Rights regulation Number 3 of 2018 article 46 paragraph (1) which is set in articles 44 and 45. After assimilation rights given, especially for women prisoners theres still have problem that is mental problem, that still not solution yet given from correctional institution. In independent development especially for women prisoners in Correctional Institution Class II A Magelang still not optimal cause limited of building and minority amount of women prisoners. Furthermore, that is not suitable if development of women prisoners still rolled into one with male prisoners. This research use method sociologis juridical. Suggestion that given for government is arranged regulation that specific examine about the standard to fulfill rights and development for women prisoners in Correctional Institution or Women Correctional Institution. Suggestion for Correctional Institution to resolve mental health that happen in women prisoners is can do a group counseling who collaboration with Magelang psychiatric hospital
