IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KNOWLEDE, ATTITUDE, AND PRACTICE MODEL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY IN THE TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS (Study on TnG #7 Community of 1000 Teachers Malang at MIS Tarbiyatul Ulum, Pagak District, Malang Regency)

This study discusses the implementation of communication strategies in teaching and learning activities carried out by the Community of 1000 Teachers of Malang. The purpose of this study was to describe the Communication Strategy of the 1000 Malang Teachers Community in the Teaching and Learning Process at TnG #7 Activity which was carried out at MI Tarbiyatul Ulum, Pagak District, Malang Regency by using a communication strategy model of knowledge, attitude, and practice. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research and case study methods. To obtain research data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model and the data validity test uses source triangulation. The subjects in this study were the Community Leader, project manager and 3 volunteers based on predetermined criteria. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the 1000 Guru Malang Community applies the KAP model communication strategy in TnG #7 activities, which consists of three stages, among others: The first stage, by selecting the target audience, messages, and communication media. The second stage is related to message design planning, media production, and testing. The third stage, is the stage for efforts to increase knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. Where the three stages are intended to be able to provide motivation, enthusiasm for learning, and more insight, both in terms of education and general insight to students in the area
