Background: Hypercholesterolemia is a parameter lipid profile that makes stress oxidation. One of cholesterol in the blood raised it is named coronar attack. MDA as last product can be used to know level of ravage oxidation which is caused by lipid peroxide. Dregs soy sauce milk has antioxidan compound that can hamper the reaction. Purpose: To prove that dregs soy sauce milk can decrease level MDA. Method: True experimental, with the post test only group control design. 25 samples strain wistar were devided into 5 groups.
