PENGARUH SUSU AMPAS KECAP KEDELAI HITAM TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR MALONIALDEHIDA (MDA) PADA TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus novergicus) DIET TINGGI KOLESTEROL

Background: Hypercholesterolemia is a parameter lipid profile that makes stress oxidation. One of cholesterol in the blood raised it is named coronar attack. MDA as last product can be used to know level of ravage oxidation which is caused by lipid peroxide. Dregs soy sauce milk has antioxidan compound that can hamper the reaction. Purpose: To prove that dregs soy sauce milk can decrease level MDA. Method: True experimental, with the post test only group control design. 25 samples strain wistar were devided into 5 groups. Group 1: negative control (standard feed only), group 2: positive control (high-cholesterol diet), group 3, 4, and 5 are (highcholesterol diet + dregs soy sauce milk) with a dose of 2,25, 4.5 and 9 g/200grBB/day for 14 days. Analyzed by Oneway Anova, Tukey, correlation and linear regression test. Result and discussion: The mean of MDA Level for each groups, group 1: at 1129,5 ng/ml, group 2: at 1298 ng/ml, group 3: at 1260 ng/ml. group 4: at 1099 ng/ml, and group 5: at 1064 ng/ml.
