GAMBARAN STIGMA MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN COVID-19

Background: Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a viral infection. This disease is known to first appear in Wuhan, China in December 2019. Covid-19 is an acute respiratory disease that has become a global pandemic. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, dry cough and shortness of breath. Covid-19 can be transmitted through infected people to other people in the vicinity, transmission of Covid can also be through coughing or sneezing. Covid-19 can also be transmitted through objects that are contaminated or exposed to droplets from a cough or sneeze of a COVID-19 patient.Obectives: To find out how the public stigma depicts Covid-19 health services. Research Design: The design used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with a case study research strategy. The data collection used was by conducting semi-structured interviews to find out how the public stigma depicts Covid-19 health services. Research Results: From the results of the interviews obtained 4 themes as a result of research, namely. 1). Public views on health services during the COVID-19 pandemic 2). Negative labeling from the public towards health services during the covid-19 pandemic 3). Negative associations from the community towards services provided by health workers during the covid-19 pandemic 4). Social isolation or exclusion of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The public's view of health services is too complicated, they think that covid is made up and quite relevant
