Penyalahgunaan Penghasilan Anak Oleh Orangtua (Kajian Eksploitasi Anak dalam Perspektif Hukum Perlindungan Anak di Indonesia)

Human rights valid and applied to anyone, including children who are a gift from God to every parents. But in reality, there are parents who take advantage of the existence of a child as a tool to make money. The use of children's income is the absolute right of parents because children are under the care of parents itself. This is a motivation for parents to make their children a field of money. On this basis, this study aims to help answer problems related to the position of abuse of children's income as a crime and also related to preventive protection measures so that children are not exploited. The research method used is qualitative with a normative approach. The data collection technique used is literature by conducting research on written materials in the form of books written by scholars and legal experts with scientific theoretical nature. The results of this study can be concluded that the misuse of children's income by parents refers to the use of children's income for the benefit of others or other things that often cause injustice and cruelty to children. The author finds one of the gaps or voids related to the abuse of children's income and also economic exploitation, namely that there is still no clear definition and legal framework to explain this. The existence of a gap or void related to the misuse of children's income by parents, the state should immediately make rules that regulate in detail the abuse of children's income by parents so that the limits and differences can be known from other criminal acts
