The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cutting speed on friction, vibration, and the increase in tool temperature. The research method is based on factorial. Where the cutting speed is 65-135 m/min, the depth of cut is 1 mm constant, and the feed speed is 0.09 mm/round constant. The results of the research on low cutting conditions showed that at a cutting speed of 65 m/min, the friction force was 0.33 N, the vibration was 0.07, and the tool temperature was 89.37J/min, the friction force was 13.16 N, the vibration was 0.29, the heat tool 4163.33 J/min at a cutting speed of 95 m/min.
