Business Plan for An Asian Dessert Shop in Helsinki

This is a project-based thesis for the Satakunta University of Applied Sciences Bachelor’s Degree Programme in International Business. The Bachelor thesis has been constructed with an objective of serving the author in designing a functional business plan for her business idea of an Asian dessert shop operating in Helsinki, Finland. It is also to determine if the business idea is potential and feasible. Theoretical framework in the thesis was built using the academic books, online resources and business journals that allow related knowledge and information to be collected as a foundation for the creation of a practical business plan. The business plan consists of all necessary parts for an actual business to be built based on, such as executive summary with background information highlights, products and services with details of what are sold at the shop, SWOT analysis indicating internal and external factors that affects the business, calculations to show basic numbers and figures in funds, sales and profits, etc
