Apartment building

The subject of bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new construction of an apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments on the upper floors. One od them is a barrier-free. In the basement there is a common house equipment aned collective garage. The apartments on the first floor have their own terrace and the apartments on the second and third floors have their own balcony. The vertical construcion system in the upper floors is brick. The basement is made of hydraulic concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofingv is designes as a single-skin flat green roof.
