Add to ORKGThe bachelor’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a new apartment building which is located in Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is free standing with partial basement. In the building there is one basement and three above ground floors with 9 apartments. There are mainly apartments in high standart with spacious social rooms and terraces. In the basement there are cellar boxes for each apartment, room for bicycles and baby carriages, cleaning room and technical room. Vertical structures are made of ceramics blocks, horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab. The roof construction is designed as single-skin flat roof
