This research was conducted to know the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, work discipline, and work ethic on the performance of the Widyaiswara human resource development agency of Bali province. This research includes ex post facto research in the form of correlation because the independent variables are not controlled directly, do not exist before, and are not manipulated. The entire population of the Widyaiswara of the Bali Province Human Resources Development Agency became the research sample.
