This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on organizational performance through motivation. The research was conducted at PT Semen Baturaja with a total sample of 114 employees who work at the company office. This sampling uses the saturated sample method because it uses all employees at the company office. The research instrument uses a questionnaire which will be arranged based on predetermined dimensions. The data analysis technique used path analysis.
