There has been discussed a conception, a significance and theoretical aspects of human resource management, motivation and job satisfaction in the article. There has also been provided a search of interfaces of motivation and job satisfaction in human resource management. The goal of the article is to analyze motivation in human resource management in the theoretical aspect and to reveal interfaces of motivation and job satisfaction in a business organization. A theoretical assumption is that a level of motivation and employees’ satisfaction of their job depends on each other. This assumption has been approved with an empirical correlation analysis.
