The outcomes of stress (poor performance, anxiety, absentees, intention to quit and chronological heart disease) enforce high economical cost on industries and societies by negatively affecting workforce. By improving the feelings of work well being of employees we can overcome this pertinent issue. This paper is presented to explore the significance and relationship of some key factors which perceived to affect work well being index.
