The current study’s objective to investigate the relationship between general work stress, subjective happiness and psychological well-being among educated working women. This study was based on cross sectional research design. Purposive sampling technique was used. The sample size was 110 working women with age range 21-70. The present study variables were measured by the General Work Stress Scale, Subjective happiness, and the Psychological Well-Being Scale The data obtained from questionnaires were analyzed by the use of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 22 version.
