O ensino de filosofia sob o controle da concepção de competências na BNCC

This article aims to investigate the teaching of philosophy in the context of Law No. 13,415/17 and the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC), especially the neoliberal conception it carries, which is expressed by the ideology of competence. This article firstly outlines a brief history of the legal decisions that interfered with the curricular status of philosophy since the Military Dictatorship, then analyzes the BNCC and its way of organizing that comes from the idea of competencies, and finally what is left to the teaching of philosophy in this scenario. Through a literature review and a documental analysis, we have concluded that the BNCC and its organization guided by competencies does not encompass the complexity of the philosophical field since BNCC seeks specialization and instrumentalization whereas the philosophical field seeks a critical, reflective, radical, and totalizing thought.O presente artigo objetiva investigar o ensino de filosofia no contexto da Lei nº 13.415/17 e da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), em especial da concepção neoliberal que carregam, expressada a partir da ideologia da competência. O artigo esboça, primeiramente, um breve histórico das decisões legais que interferiram no status curricular da filosofia desde a Ditadura Militar, em seguida analisa a BNCC e sua organização a partir da ideia competências e, finalmente, o que restou ao ensino de filosofia nesse cenário. Por meio da revisão bibliográfica e da análise documental, concluímos que a complexidade do campo filosófico não é contemplada na BNCC e sua organização por competências, uma vez que esta busca especialização e instrumentalização, e aquela pensamento crítico, reflexivo, radical e totalizante
