Objective: to evaluate the simulation in cardiopulmonary arrest during the debriefing among nursing students in the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: a descriptive study with a qualitative approach carried out among 22 nursing students in two stages: clinical simulation in cardiopulmonary arrest and debriefing associated with the simulation. The textual corpus resulting from the dialogues was submitted to lexicographical analysis, with the aid of the “IRAMUTEQ” software. Results: most students had never participated in clinical simulation scenarios during graduation.
