Objective: To evaluate the comparison between the Sinovac vaccine and Pfizer vaccine for children and teenagers under 18 y in Indonesia and other factors that influence it. Methods: The type of this research is observational with a cross-sectional design using convenience sampling for all children and teenager in Indonesia who has received the full dose of Sinovac and Pfizer vaccine. Results: It was found that the efficacy for Sinovac and Pfizer vaccines was 99.5% and 99.75%, respectively. Other factors that influence the side effects and efficacy of vaccines are gender, age, and BMI, with a p-value of each variable<0.05.
