ANÁLISE DA POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE ALIMENTAÇÃO E NUTRIÇÃO (PNAN) À LUZ DO NOURISHING FRAMEWORK

This article analyzes the National Food and Nutrition Policy (PNAN) in the light of the NOURISHING framework, created by the Global Research Fund on Cancer. This framework presents three policy domains of action: food environment, food system and communication to change the behavior of individuals. Regarding the approach, this research is characterized as qualitative and as far as procedures, bibliographical and documentary. The results showed that PNAN covers most of the aspects brought by NOURISHING, but indicate that there are still few proposals presented in the food system domain, and should therefore be expanded in future policies.  O presente artigo analisa a Política Nacional de Alimentação e Nutrição (PNAN) à luz do NOURISHING framework, criado pelo Fundo Mundial de Pesquisa sobre o Câncer. O referido framework apresenta três domínios políticos de atuação: ambiente alimentar, sistema alimentar e comunicação para a mudança de comportamento dos indivíduos. No que se refere a abordagem, esta pesquisa caracteriza-se como qualitativa e quanto aos procedimentos, bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados revelaram que a PNAN abrange todos os aspectos trazidos pelo NOURISHING, porém o detalhamento de algumas ações contribuiria para que houvessem práticas mais efetivas em todos os domínios
