ANALISIS CURAHAN TENAGA KERJA PADA USAHATANI NANAS (Ananas comosus L.) DI DESA LUBUK KARET KECAMATAN BETUNG KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

ABSTRACTThis study was to determine how much labor outpouring on pineapple farming and to determine the effect of labor outpouring on pineapple farming income in Lubuk Karet Village, Betung District, Banyuasin Regency. The research method used is a survey method while the sampling method is a saturated sampling method with 13 farmers. Methods of data collection using the method of observation and interviews. The data obtained in the field was first edited and then coded and then tabulated. To answer the first problem, namely calculating the outpouring of labor. Furthermore, to answer the second problem using a simple regression test. Statistical tests were carried out using the computer application program SPSS for windows 25. The results showed that pineapple farming using male workers was 34.19 JKP/MT. The value of the labor outpouring coefficient on the constant obtained is significant at 1.34 sig < 0.05, meaning that it is not significant, namely between the labor outpouring variable and the income variable because the increase or absence of labor outpouring does not affect the income earned. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar curahan tenaga kerja pada usahatani nanas dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan usahatani nanas di Desa Lubuk karet Kecamatan Betung Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei sedangkan metode penarikan contoh adalah metode sampling jenuh dengan petani 13 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh di lapangan terlebih dahulu diedit selanjutnya diberi kode kemudian ditabulasi. Untuk menjawab masalah pertama yaitu menghitung curahan tenaga kerja. Selanjutnya untuk menjawab masalah kedua mengunakan uji regresi sederhana. Uji statistik dilakukan mengunakan program aplikasi computer SPSS for windows 25. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa usahatani nanas menggunakan tenaga kerja laki-laki sebanyak 34,19 JKP/MT. Nilai koefisien curahan tenaga kerja terhadap konstanta diperoleh signifikannya sebesar 1,34 sig < 0,05 maka artinya tidak signifikan yaitu antara variabel curahan tenaga kerja terhadap variabel pendapatan karena bertambah atau tidaknya curahan tenaga kerja maka tidak mempengaruhi pendapatan yang diperoleh
