ANALISIS USAHATANI NANAS (ANANAS COMOSUS) DI KELOMPOK TANI LOHJINAWI, DESA NGANCAR, KECAMATAN NGANCAR, KABUPATEN KEDIRI

Pineapple can improve the economy in the field of farming. Ngancar Village is one of the largest pineapple producing centers in East Java. Farming requires competent human resources in carrying out, one of the objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the level of costs, revenues and income in the Queen variety pineapple farming in the Lohjinawi Farmer Group, Ngancar Village. (2) Knowing the value of R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio and BEP on Queen variety pineapple farming in Lohjinawi Farmer Group, Ngancar Village. This research uses quantitative analysis. Respondents involved in this study were 66 samples using purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is the feasibility analysis of farming costs, revenues, income, R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio and BEP. The results showed that (1) the cost of Rp.2,333,845,703/ha with an average of Rp.35,361,299/ha per hectare, revenue of Rp. 4,929.927,000/ha with an average of Rp.74,695,864/ha, and the income of the Lohjinawi Farmer Group is Rp.2,497,678,680/ha with an average season of Rp.39,334,565/ha. (2) The R/C Ratio value is 2.22, the B/C Ratio is 1.22 and the production BEP value is 508.34 pieces and the price BEP is Rp.1.420
