As the buying and selling activities carried out in the village of Hot Water in reality in conducting buying and selling where there are defects in the object of sale and purchase, in this activity the sellers add substances other than rubber latex. The main problem in this research is how the implementation of buying and selling rubber latex (Kompo)in Air Panas Village is reviewed according to Islamic law and what are the factors that influence the sale and purchase of rubber latex (Kompo) with the addition of other substances in the village of Air Panas Pendalian District IV Koto Rokan Hulu Regency. This research can be classified as observational research by survey. The nature of this research is descriptive which illustrates the facts studied in the field. The data used are primary data and secondary data.
