Dampak Beban Kendaraan Terhadap Umur Rencana Jalan Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau (Studi Kasus : Jalan Lingkar Pasir Putih KM. 13 -15)

Highways are one of the most important ground transportation infrastructures, so a good machining design is a must. Lingkar Street, Pasir Putih is an alternative way out into Pekanbaru without passing through the city centre, and it has a high enough traffic flow at certain hours. Heavy vehicles are disruptive to safety and comfort this research objectives want to know amount of LHR and the effect of vehicle load on rigid alignment against the remaining lifetime of the plan. This method study used the guidelines of Bina Marga 2005and AASHTO 1993 method. This study was conducted for four days from 25 October 2019 – 28 October 2019 at 08:00 am until 08:00 pm. From the average daily traffic analysis (LHR) Lingkar Street, Pasir Putih has light vehicles which is like motorcycles, sedan, pick up, with 6555 units of vehicles. Heavy vehicles such as large buses, 2-axis trucks, 3-axis trucks, 4-axis trucks, trailers with a total vehicle of 2419 units. and total LHR amounted to 8974 vehicles/day/2 directions. The result of the traffic factor calculation of the total ESAL value of 12745.9237 and the value of Truck Factor 5,2690 > 1, where the burden of vehicles passing through the road is overloaded. Result of the relationship between the value of CESA and thick concrete piping plate obtained the number 7.76 = 7,76. With different theory of the remaining life of the plan in 2019 by 81.26%, there was a reduction of 18.74%
