Analisis Pelaksanaan Penanganan Sampah Oleh Seksi Penanganan dan Pemrosesan Akhir Bidang Pengelolaan Sampah Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kebersihan Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of waste management by the Section of Waste Management and Final Processing in the Field of Waste Management in the Department of Environment and Cleanliness of the City of Pekanbaru and to determine and analyze the obstacles in the implementation of waste management by the Section of Waste Management and Final Processing in the Field of Waste Management Department of Environment and Cleanliness of Pekanbaru City. In this study the indicators used are garbage piling, compaction of waste, composting. This type of research that is located in the Department of Environment and Hygiene is a descriptive surver that is prioritizing the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the historical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location under study. The population in this study were employees in the Department of Environmental and Sanitary Waste Management and compost house owners. To complete this research, primary and secondary data are needed. Data collection can be done by questionnaire, interview and observation. While the data analysis techniques used are frequency table tools. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the results of the study concluded that the majority of respondents gave quite good responses, this shows that the Waste Management by the Waste Management and Final Processing Section of Waste Management in the Department of Environment and Cleanliness of Pekanbaru City. The barriers to Waste Management by the Waste Management and Final Processing Section of the Waste Management Sector in the Department of Environment and Cleanliness of Pekanbaru City are; limited funds for handling waste, limited facilities and infrastructure, waste management operations that have not been maximized
