Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru Nomor 08 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah (Studi Pada Sarana & Prasarana Pasar Milik Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru)

This study is to determine and evaluate the implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2014 concerning Waste Management (Study on Market Facilities and Infrastructure owned by the Pekanbaru City Government), the assessment indicators used include Input (Input), Output (Output), Outcome (Results), Benefit (Benefit), Impact (Impact). This type of research uses quantitative descriptive, which prioritizes a list of questionnaires as a data collection tool and the data collected with this questionnaire is then used as raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and the objectivity of the existence of the research location, regardless of the population and sample of this study totaling 53 people, types and techniques. The data collection used consisted of primary data collected by questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data collected using observation. While the data analysis technique used is by using a sampling technique. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that this researcher from the side of the official apparatus that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2014 concerning Waste Management (Study on Market Facilities and Infrastructure Owned by the Pekanbaru City Government) is "Sufficiently Implemented". This is because from an internal point of view, namely the official apparatus, the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office in the field of waste management in providing facilities and infrastructure in the market belonging to the Pekanbaru city government has been carried out properly and seen from the point of view of traders and cleaning workers as parties. Externally that, to realize waste management at the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office, it is very important to carry out socialization to traders and cleaning workers, this is also in order to help traders and cleaning workers become more aware that the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office has provided facilities and infrastructure in waste management. However, waste management activities regarding facilities and infrastructure have not run optimally
