This study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance. This type of research which is located at PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru is descriptive quantitative. Sampling using saturated sampling technique by taking all populations as samples because of the small population. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis to answer the research hypothesis. The results of data analysis show that incentives have a very significant effect on employee performance at PT.
