Analisis Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Cabang Kampar

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how the performance of employees at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Kampar Branch. The population in this study were all existing employees of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The sampling technique in this research is the census method and the determination of the number of samples, namely all employees at PT. Capella Damik Nusantara, amounting to 15 people. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews and questionnaires. And data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Kampar Branch is good and has been running effectively. Key Word: Employee
