This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at UKM Sentral Kelapa. The object of this research was carried out at the UKM Sentral Kelapa Kepulauan Riau with the company's internal parties totaling 6 people as research informants (sample). Data was collected by interviewing the informants and conducting a literature study. This study uses primary data and secondary data with descriptive qualitative analysis methods.
