MULHERES INDÍGENAS, PATRIARCALISMO E COLONIALISMO: UM DESAFIO À SEGREGAÇÃO COMPREENSIVA E SUAS FORMAS DE DOMINAÇÃO

In this article, I argue that indigenous women have a multifaceted experience of domination that challenges monistic understanding of the social structure, whether based on patriarchy, ethnic, or class domination. They are questioning an oppressive and interconnected world system. This condition allows them to contribute to the construction of collective subjects not only centered on ethnic, gender, and class factors but as creators of new liberating ways of life that transcend the unilateral perspectives of emancipatory processes. Thus, the voices of these women are relevant, as they do not question power from the center, but from the margins, and these articulations provide fundamental contributions to alternative understandings of the exercise of power and its challenges.Keywords: Patriarchalism. PowerCom este artigo, defendo que as mulheres indígenas têm uma experiência multifacetada de dominação que desafia a compreensão monística da estrutura social, seja ela baseada no patriarcado, na dominação étnica ou de classe. Elas estão questionando um sistema mundial opressivo e interconectado. Essa condição lhes permite contribuir para a construção de sujeitos coletivos não apenas centrados em fatores étnicos, de gênero e de classe, mas como criadores de novas formas de vida libertadoras que transcendem as perspectivas unilaterais de processos emancipatórios. Assim, as vozes dessas mulheres são relevantes, pois não questionam o poder desde o centro, mas sim das margens, e essas articulações proporcionam contribuições fundamentais para entendimentos alternativos do exercício do poder e seus desafios
