Employees as human resources in the company must be adequately managed. By providing high job satisfaction, the employees are expected to work with good work discipline voluntarily. The research was conducted to determine job satisfaction related to employee work discipline at BLK PAY Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. The results showed that BLK PAY Yogyakarta had provided high job satisfaction referring to the work discipline of employees at BLK PAY Yogyakarta developed from kinship. Consequently, there are regulations in BLK PAY Yogyakarta and are carried out well to deliver good work discipline.
