The study aimed to examine the impact of remuneration, work motivation, and work discipline on job satisfaction, as well as their influence on employee performance. Additionally, the study analyzed the role of job satisfaction as a mediator between these factors and performance in the BKD South Sulawesi Province. Using a quantitative research design, the study assessed the mediating variable's impact on the independent variable's influence on the dependent variable.
