This research is attempt to investigate the effect of organizational culture as moderating role between the relationship of financial and non-financial compensations toward employee's performance. Based on this research, types of compensation in terms of financial and non-financial forms (job design, training and development, and empowerment) are used to predict the behavior of employees in term of their performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture is taken into the research as a moderator.
