Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai konsumen melalui preferensi pilihan akan produk sayur organic dan hidroponik. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di Kabupaten Bengkayang dengan partisipan ibu-ibu dari Persatuan Wanita Kristen Indonesia (PWKI) cabang Bengkayang. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis conjoin yang merupakan alat untuk menganalisis preferensi atau pilihan konsumen akan atribut-atribut produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada 4 atribut penting dalam pertimbangan konsumen memilih produk sayur berdasarkan urutan prioritas yaitu kemasan, jenis sayur, harga, dan merek.
