This is a work completion for Multidisciplinary Residency in Perinatal Health, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The study aimed to: 1) identify key questions related to the labor process; 2) clarify the process of labor and delivery, and present the nonpharmacological methods that can be applied during labor; 3) to examine how educational interventions proposed contributed to your labor and delivery process through educational activity entitled “Passport to delivery”, held at the clinic of the ME-UFRJ prenatally, during the period December 2015 and July 2016.
